Tasha Perez

Tasha was born in New York. Tasha spent her early years on the small island of Trinidad and Tobago. A resident of the Southwest Florida area for the past 30 years, she is a single mother of two outstanding young men. In her most fulfilling role yet, she taught her boys how to be God-fearing, well-adjusted, successful, and independent young men. Although times were tough, Tasha was fortunate to have received love and support from her family.

Through hard work and dedication, Tasha achieved her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine. She is a Nationally Board-Certified Licensed Acupuncturist and proud owner of Quiet Waters Wellness Center LLC. In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with different cuisines and painting on those rainy days.

It’s now her goal and dream to share the knowledge that has helped her sons.  Tasha wants more than ever to bridge the gap and give our young men of color a better opportunity through education, empowerment, inspiration, and mentoring.
